3. Google / Android Ecosystem
Google's ecosystem is less seamless but more flexible and cross-platform. The fragmentation problem: Because Google does not control hardware, features depend on manufacturers. A Samsung phone with Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Book works much better together than a Pixel phone with a generic Windows laptop. Samsung has its own ecosystem (Samsung Flow, Quick Share, Multi Control) that competes with Google's.
